Springfield Urology offers appointments:
Monday through Friday from 7:50 am to 4:10 pm.
The physicians see patients in the office by appointment during their scheduled office hours.
Procedures and surgeries are scheduled throughout the week. Occasionally office hours may be changed in order to accommodate an emergency or a surgery requiring more than one urologist.
If you need to contact a urologist for an emergency after normal business hours, please call our office phone number. The message on the office phone number will give you additional information. The doctor’s pager number that is on the voice recording will connect you with the “on call” urologist.
Please contact the office for all appointments, cancellations, and non-emergent prescription questions during regular office hours. After hours, the “on call” doctor may not be as familiar with your individual situation. After hours phone calls should only be for emergencies.
IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY
If you have a medical emergency please call 911 and go to the closest emergency room. If your emergency requires urologic care, one of our urologists will be available to the doctors at the emergency room either by phone or they will come in to the emergency room to see you. Please go to the emergency room if you are having any of the following symptoms: severe pain, unable to urinate, or uncontrollable bleeding.
